Meeting needs using the power of families and communities
Some families are looking for help for their child, but they struggle with finding and using the different supports available to them. FCFC offers Wraparound to families of children with complex needs. Wraparound is a planning process that follows a series of steps so that children and their families realize their hopes and dreams. With the help of a Wraparound facilitator, people who care about the family’s long term success form a team. Understanding the family’s unique strengths, they problem-solve and plan in order to meet the needs of the family and the child.
