Our Early Childhood Programs are designed to foster children's intellectual, physical, social, and emotional growth. Our programs help children reach their greatest potential and ensure that they are ready to enter kindergarten.

BCESC Help Me Grow ProgramHelp Me Grow
Our Help Me Grow program provides pregnant mothers and families with infants and toddlers the tools to help children start school healthy and ready to learn.

Early Head Start
Early Head Start is a federally funded home-visiting program for at-risk pregnant women and families with infants and toddlers aimed at promoting the health and well being of prenatal and very young children.


BCESC Head Start Programs(Age 3 – 5) 
Head Start
Our Head Start Program is a federally funded preschool program designed to prepare young children for kindergarten and help families gain skills.

School District Preschool Partners
Our important partnerships with school districts and community centers allow us to help children across Ohio build strong foundations for early learning and to ensure that all children are socially, emotionally, and intellectually ready for school.

Therapeutic Interagency Program (TIP)
County level collaboration between Children Services, Head Start, and local mental health and speech agencies. TIP is a part-day, year-round preschool program for 3 - 5 year old children and their families. TIP provides center and home-based services, including various assessments, diagnosis and treatment, center-based classroom services and interagency treatment coordination. Families enrolled in TIP are referred to the program by the Children’s Services Board. Learn More
