The Strong Families, Safe Communities initiative (SFSC) is made up of many local partnerships and collaborations and was spearheaded by a partnership between the Butler County Mental Health Board and the Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities, both members of the Butler County Family & Children First Council. In addition, there are regional and statewide collaborations with the Regional Respite Committee, the Ohio Respite Coalition, and five other SFSC grantees in Ohio.
