The goal of the Principal Academies is to provide programming that meets the specific needs and goals of the district and the buildings. BCESC recognizes the importance of supporting administrators and teachers with timely updates and practical practices to address the ever changing educational expectations created by federal, state and local mandates.
Principal Consortium: In the Principal Consortium, there will be two monthly meetings: One for Elementary Principals and one for Secondary Principals. The meetings will cover a wide range of topics as well as legal updates each month.
New Principal Mentorship: Dave Baker and Pam Gribi will meet in the new principal’s building for two hours in the months of September, October, January, March and May. These meetings will cover a wide range of topics.

As a Curriculum Consultant for BCESC, Pam Gribi works with clients to enhance their leadership skills, develop and perfect their teaching strategies, and help them design classroom learning environments that engage students in learning.
Pam's background includes teaching Reading/Language Arts, serving as a Reading/Language arts coordinator, and leading two buildings as a building administrator. Pam is recognized as a passionate educator who believes "the goal of education is not to increase the amount of knowledge but to create the possibilities for a child to invent and discover, to create men/women who are capable of doing new things."
