Transitional Work Program Coordinator
Will work with your doctor and your MCO nurse case manager to help determine what
(if any) work you could do safely while injured.
All injuries need to be reported to your coordinator ASAP following an injury.

On-Site Therapist
Will work with your doctor and provide therapy services at the worksite. Any services that cannot be performed at work will be performed at an outpatient clinic.

Physician of Record (POR)
This is your doctor that you choose to handle your medical care when you have an injury at work. They order tests, perform procedures, etc., (as needed). They may refer you to a specialist (if needed).
