Partners in Early Childhood Education
Ross Local and BCESC Early Childhood Programs have established an early childhood education partnership to collaborate and support premier preschool services for this vital, growing community.
Ross Local is serving children through preschool programming at Morgan Elementary School. BCESC Early Childhood Programs serves children through a Head Start classroom collaboration at the Ross Local Administrative Building. Over (60) children are receiving preschool services through these combined resources.
This strong early learning partnership is helping the children and families of Ross Local School District access quality early learning education and child care.
