Technical Assistance Request

If you are experiencing difficulty with any piece of technology, please always power the system or printer off completely and turn it back on before submitting a TAR. This resolves 90% of any issues that you may be having.
We are pleased to announce that the Technology Department has developed a new system for submission and tracking of TAR requests. Instead of using the form on our website, we are asking employees to use Outlook to send their requests to a1tech@bcesc.org. If you cannot use your computer, simply use another employee’s system to send the email.
The email address to send all requests to is a1tech@bcesc.org. This user shows as the first email address in the address book.
Please include the following information in the email:
- Your name
- Your location
- Your telephone number
- The type of equipment; such as HP Laptop; Lenovo Laptop; Lenovo Desktop; Brother 2040 Printer, etc.
- A detailed description of the problem you are experiencing
This new system will automatically notify you via email when we create the TAR in our database as well as when the TAR has been documented as completed.
