It is time to meet with your American Fidelity Assurance Company Representative and enroll in the Section 125 "Cafeteria Plan!" They will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your Section 125 plan and available benefits. They will also assist you with completing your Section 125 election form. Click on the "Section 125 Schedule" button on the right to view open appointment times. Please choose two different date and times to meet with our representative and click on the "Appointment Request" button on the right to fill out a form to reserve your appointment time. |
