Butler County Educational Service Center Named Top Workplace by Cincinnati Enquirer for Tenth Consecutive Year

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.

Over the years, BCESC has also received special marks for various strengths that make it unique among Top Workplace winners, including Top Managers, Formal Training, Professional Development and Meaningfulness. BCESC has also been featured on the national list, Top Workplaces USA, since the program launched in 2021.

"Companies need to authentically represent their brand to job-seekers," said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. "The employee experience needs to be on the mission-critical list. Leaders who embrace a people-first culture will benefit greatly. By giving employees a voice and showcasing your authentic culture through employer branding, organizations can attract those job seekers who complement their culture. Culture drives performance."

"We are truly honored that our staff believes BCESC is one of the best places to work in Cincinnati," said BCESC Superintendent Chris Brown. "Although we have nearly doubled in size over the last decade, every single member of our staff remains committed to our core values of integrity, respect, compassion and family focus when serving the children and families of our community. The work we do is essential to the lives of so many, and we could not make the difference we do without the right people in place. They keep their ‘why’ very close to their hearts, and we’re incredibly grateful that they choose to be a part of our team.”
