Step Up To Quality logo

Step Up To Quality is Ohio’s quality rating and improvement system for early learning and development programs. Rated programs require ongoing professional development for providers, require the use of child assessments to guide learning & development, and help programs exceed health & safety standards. Specialists provide one-on-one coaching, support and individual program plans based on needs. We work together towards one common goal; providing quality care for each child in high-quality programs.
