From the Superintendent
At Butler County Educational Service Center, we pride ourselves in the many ways we support teachers, families, school districts and our community partners to model our motto of “Partners in Shaping Lives.” We accomplish this vision through the work of our more than 600 employees who provide high-quality programs serving families and students from birth through high school and beyond.
These services vary widely, from home visiting with first-time mothers to early intervention and world-class preschool and Head Start programs throughout Butler and Preble Counties. Our Success Liaisons break down non-cognitive barriers to give our students and families the absolute best opportunities for success in school. The alternative education department provides educational environments that allow students who struggle in traditional classroom settings to thrive educationally and emotionally. Our teaching and learning team facilitates tailored training, coaching and credentialing to meet the ever-changing needs of educators and schools in our region.
The commitment of the staff at BCESC is evident in the high standards of programming and the passion for building long-lasting relationships with our families, districts and community partners. As superintendent, I am committed to building relationships that allow our organization to provide the very best services to all who seek our assistance.
We are proud to have been recognized as the most meaningful place to work in Cincinnati as well as a Top Workplace winner by Enquirer Media for the last eight consecutive years. We strive to hire the best and most passionate people who share our vision, because at the end of the day it isn't just what we do, but why we do it.
