 development and operations management.

“I am very excited to welcome Jim Griebel to the Butler County Educational Service Center. Jim's passion to build partnerships and his collaborative spirit set him apart in the interview process. Jim is very action-oriented and he has a tremendous vision and ability to think strategically,” said Chris Brown, Superintendent at BCESC.

As the BCESC Director of Operations, Griebel will work with the superintendent and treasurer to identify funds needed, manage the facilities, and develop and maintain key long-term relationships with sponsors and prospects. While managing past projects, Griebel made it a priority to lead by example. By teaching and motivating his team, Griebel ensured each associate understood the importance of his/her role in meeting department goals.

“My main focus is to help support the Butler County ESC in any way I can to continue the fantastic work that they do here. The staff and employees are dedicated to providing the absolute best service to the community that they possibly can,” said Griebel.

In addition to his future facilities and business development projects, Griebel looks forward to connecting with the BCESC staff, partners, and community members to enhance the work the BCESC has accomplished over the years.

“I will to do whatever I can to continue to help the Butler County ESC apply their mission and vision and touch more lives,” said Griebel.
