Reach Out Lakota LogoReach Out Lakota is a valued member of the West Chester and Liberty Township communities and a huge support to families and children in the Lakota Local School District. The Success Program is proud to collaborate with Reach Out Lakota on an ongoing basis to give a helping hand to our families.

The Holiday Giving Program is one of the many services that Reach Out Lakota provides to the community. The Holiday Program consists of a toy program and a food program. For the toy program in 2017, Reach Out Lakota had approximately 745 children from 244 families that live in the Lakota Local School District registered to receive Christmas toys. Each child was provided with two gifts valued at $25 each. Gifts are donated by various individuals, business groups, social groups and church groups. In addition to the gifts, each child receives a bag of stocking toys valued at $5 - $10 each. For the food program in 2017, 253 families registered to receive food. Each of the families received boxes of food to feed them for the full week of Christmas. The food is provided by members of St. John Catholic Church and St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church.

The Holiday Giving Program is organized and managed by Reach Out Lakota volunteers Andrea Subler and Sue Cheney. The Success Program thanks Andrea and Sue for all their hard work with this program!
